Hello! My name is Maggie Fields. I am 25 years old and I was born and raised in Frankfort, Indiana. I am the oldest of 5 kids. When I was just 13 I went on my first mission trip with my youth group to Atlanta, GA and then later that year I went to Brazil. I fell in love with missions and knew at that moment that I was called to missions long term.

In 2010 I left to do a Discipleship Training School (DTS) with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Kona, Hawaii. It was there that I radically met God and he began to download my long term vision. Since my DTS I have staffed two other schools and been to over 16 countries.

“Compassion asks us to go where it hurts, to enter into the places of pain, to share in brokenness, fear, confusion, and anguish. Compassion challenges us to cry out with those in misery, to mourn with those who are lonely, to weep with those in tears. Compassion requires us to be weak with the weak, vulnerable with the vulnerable, and powerless with the powerless. Compassion means full immersion in the condition of being human.” — Henri J.M. MY VISION

About

It's so hard to condense the full vision that the Lord has given me into a few paragraphs. The Lord has been so good to me and has led me to serve with some of the most incredible people. I am so in love with what I do!

The first thing that the Lord has called me to is discipleship. I love seeing young adults learn to radically follow Jesus.

The second thing is that I am called to lead other to the thrown of God in worship. If I could I would spend my days just singing and praising the father.

The third thing is that the Lord has called me to be a part of the Compassion Ablaze community. We are a community of Jesus lovers, who are committed to abiding in Him.

The fourth thing is that I am committed to seeing global revival. I am in this for the long haul. It's revival or bust!
